Run Of Wins Is Best Preparation For FA Cup Final – Everton Boss David Moyes

A typical David Moyes side has many motifs, but one of the attributes that he is keen to impress on his team include relentless graft. It is testament to his and Everton's character that, despite the mounting injuries, they have still maintained a respectably lofty league position.
When addressing journalists at a pre-match press conference, Moyes spoke of his pride regarding the club’s European qualification but he is keen to keep on winning so that his side can finish one rank higher than their current position.
"The incentive to finish fifth is big, but if we finish sixth it will still be a great season. I would have settled for this during certain stages in the season," he said.
Moyes believes that winning is the best preparation Everton can have going into their end-of-season showdown with Chelsea in the FA Cup; a trophy he is desperate to land as it will bolster his impressive CV when the chance comes to apply for a job at one of the Premier League's 'Big Four'.
"It's not winding down for me," he mentioned. "It's getting to the stage where we have to play well if we are to win things.
"We are preparing for the FA Cup final by trying to finish as high as we can in the table."
