Aleksandar Lukovic Renews Udinese Contract Until 2014

The Bianconeri defender has pledged his future to the club.
Udinese are currently in eighth place, three points adrift of Roma, the team that occupy the sixth and final European qualifying position.
The Bianconeri have been brilliant in recent times, as they have won six successive matches, a run that includes victories over Milan and Fiorentina.
As a result, some of the club’s key players are now committing their future to the Friulani, with the latest being Aleksandar Lukovic.
“I have extended my contract with Udinese until 2014, meaning that I pledge my future to this club,” Lukovic confirmed in a press conference following a training session.
“The squad is very strong, and we have worked well together over the past few years.
“If the team remains the same, I think with some hard work, we will improve even further as a group and as individuals.”
Udinese travel to Genoa this weekend to take on a Sampdoria side with little to play for
