Official: Inaki Goitia Signs Four-Year Deal With Real Betis

La Segunda side Real Betis have confirmed that their first signing of the summer will be goalkeeper Inaki Goitia, who joins on a four-year deal from Malaga.
The move has been known about for sometime now but only today has it been officially announced by the Real Betis radio station.
The 27-year-old joins after a superb season with Malaga where he helped the Andalucian club to challenge for a UEFA Cup spot, before eventually finishing 8th in the table.
Reflecting on the signing, the official Real Betis website states that he is a player who has "always shown interest and desire to play for los Verdiblancos, something that has been fundamental in his contracting".
The goalkeeper is the first signing for Betis as they prepare for life in La Segunda following their relegation from the top flight last season.
The Seville side finished 17th after they could only draw with Valladolid at the Manuel Ruiz de Lopera on the final day of the season.
They will now be looking to win promotion at the first time of asking and Goitia will no doubt be hoping to be back in La Primera as soon as possible.
It is not yet known how the former Malaga player will fit in the squad, but it is predicted that he could replace current first-choice goalkeeper Ricardo.
